Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara (Disemak-2020) [Akta 828], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 57.406 ekar, 20.5702 ekar dan 36.7906 ekar, yang masing-masing dikenali sebagai Lot 5494, Lot 9256 dan Lot 9257, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 21390 dan C.P. 24750 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Pusat Pertanian, di Bukit Goh, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Pertanian Negeri Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code (Revised-2020) [Act 828], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 57.406 acres, 20.5702 acres and 36.7906 acres, respectively known as Lot 5494, Lot 9256 and Lot 9257, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 21390 and C.P. 24750 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for the Agricultural Center, at Bukit Goh, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Pahang State Director of Agriculture.
