And whereas, by Sel. P.U. 17/1984 published in the Government Gazette of the State of Selangor on 7 June 1984, the Ruler in Council of Selangor has delegated the exercise of its powers under section 64 of the National Land

Code to the Menteri Besar of Selangor:

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the Menteri Besar of Selangor that the whole of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked:

And whereas, notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule together with details of the time and place at which an enquiry would be held by the State Director of Land and

Mines of Selangor at the Land and Mines Office of the State of Selangor,

Level Four, Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Building, 40576 Shah Alam,

Selangor to hear any person desiring to object to such revocation was affixed in accordance with the provisions of section 433 of the National Land Code and was published in the Government Gazette of the State of Selangor as

Sel. G.N. No. 1763 on 25 April 2019:

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation described in the Schedule was received:

Now therefore, the Menteri Besar of Selangor, in exercise of the powers under subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code conferred upon the Ruler in Council and delegated to him as aforesaid, revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 682 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Selangor pada 14 Februari 2013, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Menteri

Besar Selangor telah mengisytiharkan bahawa petak tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas Pelan Hasil Ukur No. P.A. 73579 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Selangor, adalah dirizabkan bagi maksud awam iaitu untuk tujuan tanah lapang dan dikawal oleh Setiausaha

Kerajaan Negeri Selangor:

Dan bahawasanya, melalui Sel. P.U. 17/1984 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Selangor pada 7 Jun 1984, Raja dalam Mesyuarat telah mewakilkan perjalanan kuasanya di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara kepada Menteri Besar Selangor:

Selangor supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan:

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual berserta dengan butir-butir mengenai masa dan tempat di mana suatu siasatan akan diadakan oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Selangor di Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Negeri Selangor, Tingkat Empat, Bangunan Sultan Salahuddin Abdul

Aziz Shah, 40576 Shah Alam, Selangor untuk mendengar mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap pembatalan itu telah ditampalkan mengikut peruntukan seksyen 433 Kanun Tanah Negara dan juga telah disiarkan di dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Selangor sebagai Sel. G.N. No. 1435 pada 13 April 2017:

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual:

Maka oleh yang demikian, Menteri Besar Selangor, pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara yang diberikan kepada

Raja dalam Mesyuarat yang diwakilkan kepadanya sebagaimana yang disebut terdahulu, membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.
