Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Mukim Hulu Bernam Timur, Daerah Muallim yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Daerah Tanjung Malim.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Mukim of Hulu Bernam Timur, District of Muallim described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for an open space and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Tanjung Malim District Council.
