Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Bandar Gerik, Daerah Hulu Perak yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk Kuarters Kerajaan iaitu Kediaman Rasmi Pegawai Daerah dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh orang-orang yang dilantik oleh Pegawai Daerah Hulu Perak.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Town of Gerik, District of Hulu Perak described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Government Quarters which is the Official Residence of the District Officer and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the persons appointed by the District Officer of Hulu Perak.
