REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND
Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 2456 yang disiarkan dalam Warta
Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 30 Ogos 2018, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak untuk dewan serbaguna;
Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;
Maka, oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa
Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam
Jadual.
Whereas, by Notification No. 2456 published in the Perak Government Gazette on 30 August 2018, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for a multipurpose hall;
And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Whereas, by Notification No. 2457 published in the Perak Government Gazette on 30 August 2018, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for a place of interment of the dead of the Hindu community situated in Serba Jadi, Kampung Kepayang,
Mukim Sungai Raya, District of Kinta;
And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land as described in the Schedule.
