- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 85 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 43102, Mukim Luit, Daerah Maran yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 285298, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Stesen Amaran Banjir JPS, di Taman Maran Jaya, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Pahang.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 85 square metres, known as Lot 43102, Mukim of Luit, District of Maran as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 285298, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for JPS Flood Warning Station, at Taman Maran Jaya, to be under the control of the Pahang State Secretary and maintained by the Director of Department of Irrigation and Drainage of Pahang State.
