In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 1,196 square metres, known as Lot 22179, Mukim of Bebar, District of Pekan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 281454, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for Water Tank, at Kampung Merchong, to be under the control of the Pahang State Secretary and maintained by Chief Executive Officer of Pengurusan Air Pahang Berhad (PAIP).
