Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 256 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 31304, Mukim Pedah, Daerah Jerantut yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 283381, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Bangunan (Tabika), di Sungai Jan, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Jabatan Perpaduan Negara dan Integrasi Nasional Negeri Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 256 square metres, known as Lot 31304, Mukim of Pedah, District of Jerantut as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 283381, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose, to wit a site for Building (Kindergarten), at Sungai Jan, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Director of National Unity and Integration Department of Pahang State.
