Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 2,103 meter persegi yang dikenali sebagai Lot 20922, Mukim Perak, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 126942 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Kemudahan Awam (Kawasan Lapang) di Taman Bahagia, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh.
