Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah berjumlah 77.6 hektar yang dikenali sebagai Lot 100438, Lot 100439 dan Lot 100440, Mukim Bera, Daerah Bera yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 283356 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan (TKPM), di Tebing Tinggi, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Pertanian Negeri Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring a total of 77.6 hectares known as Lot 100438, Lot 100439 and Lot 100440, Mukim of Bera, District of Bera as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 283356, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan (TKPM), at Tebing Tinggi, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Director of Pahang State Agriculture.
