- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 1,832 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 43034, Mukim Luit, Daerah Maran yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 283723, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Bangunan (Kawasan Stesen Air Hujan JPS Maran), di Sungai Kertam, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Pahang.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved lands measuring an area of 1,832 square metres, known as Lot 43034, Mukim of Luit, District of Maran as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 283723, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for the Building Site (Maran JPS Rainfall Station Area) at Sungai Kertam, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Director of Pahang State Department of Irrigation and Drainage.
