- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 7,946 meter persegi yang dikenali sebagai Lot 2417, Bandar Mentakab, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 142126 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Sistem dan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan di Taman Bukit Bendera 3, di bawah kawalan Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan dan diselenggarakan oleh Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 7,946 square metres known as Lot 2417, Town of Mentakab, District of Temerloh, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 142126 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for the Sewerage Service and System at Taman Bukit Bendera 3, to be under the control of the Federal Land Commissioner and maintained by the Director General of Sewerage Service Department.
