- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 15,936 meter persegi yang dikenali sebagai Lot 28145, Mukim Triang, Daerah Bera yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 130845 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Pejabat Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Daerah Bera, di Padang Luas, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Pahang.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 15,936 square metres known as Lot 28145, Mukim of Triang, District of Bera as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 130845, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Office of Department of Drainage and Irrigation of Bera District, at Padang Luas, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Director Department of Drainage and Irrigation of Pahang State.
