Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 10,294 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 110769, Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 282840, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Sekolah Agama Rakyat Hassan Al-Banna (KAFA), di Sungai Ular, di bawah kawalan dan diselenggara oleh Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang.
