In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 1,214 square metres, known as Lot 15348, Mukim of Langgar, District of Pekan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 282678, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose, to wit a site for Office Area for Kawasan Rukun Tetangga (KRT), at Kampung Benta/Kampung Jambu, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by Pekan District Officer.
