Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam iaitu tapak untuk kawasan taman awam dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan diselenggara oleh Majlis Perbandaran Port Dickson.
