Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak perluasan Kampung Sungai Talan dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site expansion of the Sungai Talan Village and designated that the Director of Land and Mines Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
