Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk masjid dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a mosque and designates that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

Pemberitahuan Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan No. 475 yang disiarkan pada 1 September 2011 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “Pekan—

Kepis” dengan perkataan “Mukim—Kepis” seperti yang terdapat dalam Jadual kepada Warta tersebut.

The Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette Notification No. 475 published on 1 September 2011 is amended by substituting the word “Village—Kepis” to the word “Mukim—Kepis” as appearing in the Schedule of the said Gazette.
