Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak bangunan untuk kegunaan awam dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Jelebu hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code [56 of 1965], the State Authority reserves the land described in the

Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a building site for public purpose and designates that the President of Jelebu Municipal Council shall have control of the reserved land.
