Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk pembangunan akan datang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut. State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
