Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kegunaan Tapak Bakar Sampah dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Kuala Pilah hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab itu. Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Waste Disposal and designates the President of the District Council of Kuala Pilah as the officer who shall have control of the reserved land.
