Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(4) Enakmen Perbadanan Taman Negara (Johor) 1989 Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan tertera dalam Pelan Warta Bil. 2127 di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaaan, Johor dirizabkan sebagai Rizab Taman Negara (Johor) Pulau Kukup di bawah kawalan Pengarah Taman Negara (Johor).

(Johor) Corporation Enactment 1989 the State Authority hereby declares that parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated in Revenue Survey

Plan No. 2127 in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johore to be reserved as the Pulau Kukup National Park Reserve under the control of the Director Of National Parks (Johor).
