  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 and paragraph 63(f) of the Sabah Renewable Energy Enactment 2024, the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement

(2)

The notice of appeal under subregulation (1) shall —

(a)

be made in writing in the national language and may be accompanied by a translation in the English language;

be accompanied by a copy of the decision appealed against;

contain an address where any notice or document relating to the appeal may be served upon the appellant; and

The appellant shall also serve a copy of the notice of appeal on the Commission.

Upon receipt of a copy of the notice of appeal served under subregulation 2(3), the Commission shall submit a statement of the grounds of its decision to the

Minister within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the copy of notice of appeal.

Decision of Minister on appeal

(2)

The decision of the Minister on the appeal shall be communicated to the appellant by the Commission through a written notice within seven days from the date the Commission is notified of such decision.
