CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) REGULATIONS 2026

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) (No. 3)

Regulations 2026.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 30 March 2026.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Customs Regulations 2019 [P.U. (A) 397/2019], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in the First Schedule, in

Part

II, in relation to location for

Sabah, by inserting after item

“Sapangar Bay Container Port” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:

Amendment of Second Schedule 3.

The principal Regulations are amended in the Second Schedule, in Part I—

(a)

in relation to customs port for Johor, in item “Tanjung Setapa, Pengerang”, by substituting for the particulars relating to description of goods the following particulars:
