Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Negeri Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 5) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 10 August 2012.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur”―

(a)

by inserting after item 40 the following item:

(Route 102): Pos Betau – Lembah Bertam Road

From its junction with Route 1504 at coordinates
