Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Malau dan Kubang Pasu, Daerah Kubang Pasu dan Bandar Kulim, Daerah Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50340, P.W. 50341 dan P.W. 50344 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu. 2057 28hb Dis. 2017]

In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Mukim Malau and Kubang Pasu, District of Kubang Pasu and Bandar Kulim, District of Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon P.W. 50340, P.W. 50341 and P.W. 50344 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation.
