Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur—

merizabkan Tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk kemudahan awam

(dewan serba guna dan kawasan lapang); dan

(b)

menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Negara hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).
