Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur—

merizabkan Tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk kolam takungan banjir; dan

(b)

menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Negara hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur—

(a)

reserves the Federal Land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a flood impounding reservoir; and

(b)

designates that the Chief Secretary to the Government shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
