PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2B Akta Kerja 1955 [Akta 265], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Kerja (Pengecualian) 2012.

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 April 2012.

Mana-mana orang yang membuat kontrak untuk perkhidmatan dengan prinsipal untuk membekalkan pekerja yang diperlukan oleh prinsipal bagi pelaksanaan keseluruhan atau mana-mana bahagian daripada kerja untuk prinsipal dalam mana-mana industri, institusi perniagaan atau perusahaan, selain perusahaan pertanian, dikecualikan daripada seksyen 31, 33A, 69 dan 73 Akta.

EMPLOYMENT (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2012

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2B of the Employment Act 1955 [Act 265], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Employment (Exemption) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2012.

Exemption 2.

Any person who enters into contract for service with a principal to supply the employees required by the principal for the execution of the whole or any part of any work for the principal in any industry, establishment or undertakings other than the agriculture undertakings, is exempted from sections 31, 33A, 69 and 73 of the Act.
