ARMS ACT 1960

ARMS (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 2026

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Arms (Amendment of Second Schedule)

Regulations 2026.

Substitution of Second Schedule 2.

The Arms Act 1960 is amended by substituting for the Second Schedule the following schedule:

“SECOND SCHEDULE

[Section 58]

FEES

1. Licence to posses etc., arms and ammunition:

(a)

for each air-gun, air-pistol and spear-gun

(b)

for each smooth bore shotgun—

(i)

for protection of cultivation on own land

(ii)

for protection of cultivation

(iii)

for game hunting

(v)

for sports (for target shooting at authorized shooting range)

(c)
