Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 2.57544 hektar, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 2484, Mukim Sungei Karang, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 60402 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Kampung Alor Batu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 2.57544 hectares, known as Lot 2484, Mukim of Sungei Karang, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 60402 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Kampung Alor Batu Malay Reservation.
