- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 19 Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu), Raja dalam mesyuarat telah mengisytiharkan Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) sebagai Melayu secara “Umum” bagi maksud memiliki secara terus mana-mana Tanah Simpanan Melayu di Negeri Kedah Darul Aman.
