Darat Malaysia di Melaka dan Selangor dengan syarat bahawa lesen senjata yang diberikan kepada Royal Canadian Air Force berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi itu berkuat kuasa; dan

(b)

pemakaian subseksyen 5(1) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud Eksesais MANTIS

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Royal Canadian Air Force from —

(a)

the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the MANTIS

Exercise Series 12/2026 between the Royal Canadian Air Force and the

Malaysian Army in Malacca and Selangor provided that the arms licence granted to the Royal Canadian Air Force in respect of the arms and ammunition is in force; and

(b)

the application of subsection 5(1) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the MANTIS Exercise

Series 12/2026 between the Royal Canadian Air Force and the Malaysian

Army in Malacca and Selangor.
