Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 15 yang disiarkan dalam Warta
Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 17 Januari 2019, notis telah diberi mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak untuk Istana Raja Muda;
Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;
Maka, oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa
Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tersebut seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.
Whereas, by Notification No. 15 published in the Perak Government Gazette on 17 January 2019, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for Istana Raja Muda;

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 141 yang disiarkan dalam Warta
Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 14 Februari 2019, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak untuk kuarters penghulu;
Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;
Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa
Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam
Jadual.
Whereas, by Notification No. 141 published in the Perak Government Gazette on 14 February 2019, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for a penghulu’s quarters;
And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.
