Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 2.838 hektar yang dikenali sebagai Lot 143350, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 5303 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Kempadang (Tambahan) menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 4944 yang disiarkan pada 7 Oktober 1921, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 2.838 hectares, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan known as Lot 143350 as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 5303 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of Kempadang Malay Reservation (Additional) vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 4944 published on the 7 October 1921, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
