Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 16.20 hektar, Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 3543 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Sungai Ular menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 538 yang disiarkan pada 21 Julai 2005, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 16.20 hectares, Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 3543 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of Sungai Ular Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 538 published on the 21 July 2005, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
