Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah sejumlah 3.412 ekar dan 4.7428 hektar, Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan seperti Nombor Lot dalam ruang (1) Jadual ukuran luas dalam ruang (2) Jadual yang ditandakan dengan garisan tepi berwarna merah di atas Nombor Pelan Ukur di ruang (3) Jadual yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Cherating menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 7099 bertarikh 9 November 1928, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang with the approval of the Ruler in Council declares that a land measuring a total of 3.412 acres and 4.7428 hectares, Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan, prescribed as Lot Number in column (1) of the Schedule, measurement of an areas in column (2) of the Schedule and delineated shown edges in red upon Survey Plan Number in column (3) of the Schedule deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of the Cherating Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 7099 dated 9 November 1928, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
