Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 6478 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 5058, Mukim Penor, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 136833 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Penor menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 7075 yang disiarkan pada 3 Februari 1939, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 6478 square metres, known as Lot 5058, Mukim of Penor, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 13633 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of Penor Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 7075 published on the 3 February 1939, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
