- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang, dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3898 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 4480, Mukim Hulu Lepar, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 104636 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Pohoi menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 5435 yang disiarkan pada 14 November 1921, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang, with the approval of Ruler of the State in Council declares the land measuring an area of 3898 square metres, known as Lot 4480, Mukim of Hulu Lepar, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 104636 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of Pohoi Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 5435 published on the 14 November 1921, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
