Bahawasanya dengan Pemberitahuan No. 10/2015 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perlis pada 15 Januari 2015, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah seksyen 62 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965] telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Baitul Hilal dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perlis hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan bahawa tanah rizab tersebut hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Sahibus Samahah Mufti Kerajaan Negeri Perlis. Dan bahawasanya didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya perizaban tanah tersebut hendaklah dibatalkan. Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri memberi notis di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun itu berkenaan dengan cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah tersebut dan jika sesiapa yang berhajat untuk mengemukakan apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan pembatalan ini akan didengar di dalam satu siasatan yang akan diadakan pada 31 Disember 2018 jam 9.00 pagi di Jabatan Tanah dan Galian Negeri Perlis. Whereas by Notification No. 10/2015 published in the Perlis Government Gazette on 15 Januari 2015, the State Authority in exercise of the powers under section 62 of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965] has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Baitul Hilal and has designated that the State Secretary of Perlis shall have control of the said reserved land and that the said reserved land shall be maintained by the Sahibus Samahah Mufti Kerajaan Negeri Perlis. And whereas it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the reservation of the said land should be revoked. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority gives notice under subsection 64(2) of the said Code, of the proposal to revoke the said reservation and that any person who desires to show cause against such revocation, will be heard at an enquiry to be held on 31 December 2018 at 9.00 a.m. at the Land and Mines Department of Perlis.
