PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) Akta terhadap Ming Paragon Sdn. Bhd. dan Flora Earth Construction Sdn. Bhd. supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 2, Kuching pada 26 Februari 2026 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the

Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) of the Act against Ming Paragon Sdn. Bhd. and Flora Earth

Construction Sdn. Bhd. to attend before High Court 2, Kuching on 26 February 2026

at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
