Bahawasanya hasil yang dikenakan bagi tanah yang tersebut, dan yang kena dibayar bagi hasil tahun sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4) (jika ada), dan hasil yang terhutang bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (5) telah tidak dibayar dan adalah terhutang mulai 1 Jun tahun pertama hutang itu terakru: Tuan/Puan dengan ini dikehendaki, dalam tempoh tiga bulan dari tarikh Notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta membayar di Pejabat Tanah Rembau segala wang yang sekarang ini kena dibayar sebagaimana yang tercatat dalam ruang Dan lagi notis diberikan bahawa, jika jumlah yang dinyatakan dalam ruang Negeri. Preamble

Whereas the rent reserved on the said land, and due in respect of the year specified in column (4) (if any), and arrears due for the period specified in column (5) is unpaid and with effect from 1st June of the first year of the accruement in arrears: You are required, within three months of the date of the publication of this Notice in the Gazette, to pay at the Land Office at Rembau all sums now due as entered in columns (4) to (7) and totalled in column (8). And take notice that, if the total specified in column (8) is not paid in full within the said period of three months, then I the undersigned, by virtue of the powers conferred by section 100 of the National Land Code [56 of 1965], shall by order declare the land to be forfeited to the State Authority.
