Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 13(1)(b) Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1985, maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat menyatakan bahawa mulai daripada 4 Mac 2009 akan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas peta P.W. 3178 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah/Perlis dan yang menjadi sebahagian daripada “Hutan Simpan Bukit Perak” yang diisytiharkan mengikut Kenyataan Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 952 bertarikh 7 Januari 1939 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi simpanan yang tersebut itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 13(1)(b) National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1985, the Ruler in Council hereby declares that as from 4 March 2009 land described in the Schedule hereto and dealienated upon plan P.W. 3178 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah/Perlis and which formed part of “Bukit Perak Forest Reserve” declared under Kedah Government Gazette Notification No. 952 dated 7 January 1939 shall cease to be reserved.
