Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan dipetakan di atas pelan yang diperakui No. PA243147 Peta Kadaster 84-A yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Terengganu, bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kuarters JPS dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Terengganu atau pengganti-pengganti jawatannya hendaklah menyenggara tanah rizab itu.

[Act 56/1965], the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman has reserved the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Certified Plan No. CP243147 Cadastral

Map No. 84-A deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of

Terengganu, for a public purpose, to wit, a site for JPS Quarters and has designated that the Director of Irrigation and Drainage of Terengganu or his successors in office shall maintain the reserved land.
