Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen 29 (Enakmen Simpanan Melayu 1930) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Binjal, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50736 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment 29 (Malay Reservations Enactment 1930) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Mukim Binjal, District of Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon P.W. 50736 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation. JADUAL/SCHEDULE Mukim—Binjal. Daerah—Kubang Pasu. Hakmilik—G.M. 501, Lot 1312, P.W.
