- An Act to provide for standard time throughout Malaysia. [1 January 1982] BE IT ENACTED by the Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong with the advice and consent of the Dewan Negara and Dewan Rakyat in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: Short title, application and commencement

advance of Greenwich mean time to be Malaysian standard time.
Repeal
Section 3
The provisions of the laws specified in the Schedule are repealed.
