PENGELUARAN KAWASAN-KAWASAN TANAH DARIPADA HUTAN SIMPANAN KEKAL

DI BAWAH SEKSYEN 13

EXCISION OF LAND FROM PERMANENT REVERSED FOREST UNDER SECTION 13

Bahawasanya dengan Perisytiharan Bil. 600/1990 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Kelantan bertarikh 11 Oktober 1990, Raja dalam Mesyuarat pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah seksyen 4 Undang-Undang

Hutan Tahun 1939, mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan dalam

Jadual di bawahnya sebagai Hutan Simpan Kekal Sungai Betis.

Dan bahawasanya pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11

Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Negeri Kelantan melalui Enakmen Perhutanan Negara (Pemakaian) 1985, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah meluluskan supaya sebahagian daripada simpanan tersebut itu hendaklah dikeluarkan setakat yang dinyatakan dalam ruangan (7) kepada Jadual.

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang telah diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Negeri Kelantan melalui Enakmen Perhutanan Negara (Pemakaian) 1985,

Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan tanah yang tersebut dalam ruangan (7) kepada Jadual tidak lagi menjadi Hutan Simpanan

Kekal mulai 12 Jun 2011.

Whereas by Notification No. 600/1990 published in the Government of

Kelantan Gazette dated 11 October 1990, the Ruler in Council in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 4 of the Forest Enactment 1939, proclaimed that the land described in the Schedule thereto to be Sungai Betis Permanent

Forest Reserve.

And whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National

Forestry Act 1984 as adopted by the State of Kelantan vide National Forestry

(Adoption) Enactment 1985, the State Authority has decided that a part of the said reservation should be excised to the extent specified in column (7) of the

Schedule.

Now therefore, in exercise the powers conferred by section 13 of the National

Forestry Act 1984 as adopted by the State of Kelantan vide National Forestry

(Adoption) Enactment 1985, the State Authority hereby declares that such land specified in column (7) of the Schedule shall cease to be a Permanent Reserved

Forest with effect from 12 June 2011.
