Imposition of tolls
Any order made under subsection (1) shall specify—
The Minister may cause a barrier to be erected across the road at any place where tolls are to be paid, and such barrier may be kept closed against any vehicle until the toll due in respect of such vehicle has been paid.
Penalty for contravention of any order
The driver of any vehicle contravening any order made under section 2 shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty ringgit.
Exemption
The Minister may by order exempt any vehicle from the payment of tolls.
